Mark set up Planet Wise to combine his passion for exploration and travel with his corporate training knowledge. He has travelled to or worked in over thirty countries around the world including jungles, deserts and high altitude mountain ranges.

Mark has worked for a large multi-national business for over ten years with his final role being sales and marketing director of a subsidiary organisation. Within this role Mark travelled extensively across Europe and further afield. During his time with the company, Mark was sponsored through a successful MBA programme.

Mark has lived in Hong Kong where he ran training courses for clients such as Hong Kong Bank and Cathay Pacific. In his private life he has been instrumental in preparing and leading expeditions to over twenty countries across the globe including: Russia, Kenya, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Cameroon and Borneo. He has also undertaken various solo trips to deserts, jungles and high mountain ranges.
