As a red24alert member, the red24 helpdesk is available to you 24-hours a day to deal with any travel emergency anywhere in the world.
Once contacted the team assesses each situation individually. A specialist is deployed, if necessary, to provide you with on-the-ground assistance. Barring a small number of extreme-risk countries, red24 meets the cost of removal to a safe haven, including additional expenses such as air charter/travel, accommodation and interpreters.
The red24alert service provides members, employers and their families with the peace of mind that potential risks are being minimised and that withdrawal from a potentially life threatening situation is available.
